Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a dynamic inpatient anesthesia care team. This role offers a flexible self-scheduling model and a collaborative hospital-based environment. Responsibilities include administering intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics during various procedures. You will provide anesthesia care to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including pediatrics and geriatrics. Comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations are a key part of this role. You will develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans. Monitoring patients intraoperatively and postoperatively to ensure safe anesthetic delivery is required. Providing airway management services throughout the hospital is expected. You will respond to anesthesia-related emergencies and participate in on-call coverage. Collaboration with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary care teams is essential. Accurate documentation of all patient care within the electronic medical record system is necessary. Participation in a self-scheduling model covering various shift lengths is required.
