Senior Director, Total Rewards and HRIS
Vir Biotechnology
Senior director role leading compensation, benefits, and HRIS strategy for a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. Reports to CHRO and oversees global total rewards programs, HR analytics, and technology systems while partnering with executive leadership and the board compensation committee.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and administer global compensation structures, incentive plans, and recurring planning cycles
- Develop and manage benefits programs through market benchmarking, needs analysis, and cost evaluation
- Lead executive compensation program design and conduct competitive benchmarking analyses
- Oversee HR analytics strategy, HRIS governance, and data integrity across the organization
- Serve as primary liaison to compensation committee including meeting planning and board presentations
Requirements
- Deep expertise in compensation and benefits program design and administration
- Strong analytical capabilities and HR analytics strategy experience
- Proven track record developing and executing total rewards strategies
- Experience with executive compensation and board-level presentations
- Knowledge of federal, state, and international compensation compliance regulations
- HRIS management and data integrity oversight experience
- Team leadership and management capability
