Human Resources Assistant

Must Haves :
- 23+ years of experience supporting an HR department
- Strong coordination, organization, and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bilingual English & Spanish
- High school diploma or greater
Preferred :
- HRIS experience; Paylocity preferred
- Recruiting and onboarding experience
Job Description:
This HR Assistant will provide hands-on support to a fast-paced HR department, supporting employees across the corporate office as well as field and shop operations.
