The Job:

L'Auberge Del Mar is looking for a Director of Housekeeping who will lead and inspire a group of individuals who are considered the backbone of the hotel. The Housekeeping team consists of hard working, dedicated and passionate people, who take immense pride in their work. As the Director of Housekeeping, you will have the opportunity to lead, guide, train, and mentor an amazing team, as well as directly impact our guests stay. The Housekeeping team proudly showcase our hotel, with sparkling clean guest rooms, meeting rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces. The Director of Housekeeping will work closely with the L'Auberge Del Mar Management team to ensure all standards are being met and our guests are enjoying a clean and hazard free stay.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in hospitality housekeeping management
• Exhibit outstanding organizational skills
• Experience in taking care of guests in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to consistently lift, pull and push a moderate weight
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus

Salary Description


$93,000- $98,000 Yearly
