In this highly visible role, you'll collaborate directly with practices to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive patient growth, increase revenue, and strengthen community presence.The Area Marketing Specialist will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing programs for assigned practices, with a strong emphasis on in-person relationship building and face-to-face outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is passionate about delivering measurable results while following established Partner Practice Marketing Standard Operating Procedures.Your ResponsibilitiesExecute in-person referral outreach in line with the marketing strategyCategorize referring practices (A-D) based on referral numbers and submit analysis quarterlyCollaborate with the practice to develop annual marketing plans with monthly activitiesAdhere to budget constraints to ensure growthMonitor and manage marketing expenses, focusing on ROIEnsure accurate and timely expense submissions to financeTrack and report monthly performance on key indicators, optimizing tactics for growthConduct monthly meetings with doctorsAttend monthly S1P Partner Practice Marketing meetingsSend weekly email updates to doctors and team membersMaintain regular touchpoints with the practice leader or RDOSupport the maintenance of market strategies, including earned, owned, and paid mediaAssist in digital strategy development, social media management, and co-management of the practice's websiteAs one of the essential members of the team, you will also help to facilitate/coordinate other responsibilities as assigned.Your BackgroundYou are a relationship-driven marketing professional who thrives on building meaningful connections through in-person outreach, digital engagement, and community partnerships. For clinical employees, the applicable practice entity listed above in the job posting is the employer. Specialty1 Partners generates job postings and offer letters to assist with human resources and payroll support provided to the applicable practice. Clinical employees include dental assistants and staff assisting with actual direct treatment of patients. Non-clinical employees include the office manager, front desk staff, marketing staff, and any other staff providing administrative duties.
