The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors Job Title: Senior Marketing Technology Specialist Location: Remote (United State) Employment Type: Contract Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Specialist to drive the development, implementation, and management of marketing technology solutions supporting our digital and offline marketing initiatives. This role bridges the gap between marketing and technology by ensuring that marketing solutions are fully optimized, integrated, and adopted across our marketing ecosystem. As a key member of the marketing operations team, you will collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders and vendors to execute our MarTech roadmap, while continuously identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical support resource for the global marketing team, managing and prioritizing requests and monitoring progress. Oversee the Qualified chatbot platform, ensuring platform updates, integration with sales, training, process governance, and monthly KPI reporting. Define and execute new projects to enhance existing technology adoption and utilization. Optimize the technology selection process, including vendor evaluation, ROI analysis, and best practice implementation. Develop and manage onboarding and training programs for new technology solutions, including updating documentation and communication. Define business cases and ROI/KPIs for new technology initiatives in alignment with the MarTech roadmap. Gather and analyze data on current systems, including costs, contracts, use cases, and opportunities for efficiency improvements. Troubleshoot system issues, ensuring data integrations and lead/contact flows are optimized. Conduct routine health checks and audits to maximize marketing and sales effectiveness, including data governance and adoption reporting. Support the Sr. Manager, Web & Digital Experiences, in sourcing and integrating new web technologies with existing systems. Configure and manage third-party API integrations to facilitate data automation and consistency. Champion MarTech tools by training and embedding their usage within the marketing team. Manage vendor relationships, ensuring smooth implementation and delivery of MarTech solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in a marketing technology-focused role, including platform management, integrations, migrations, and documentation. Demonstrated experience managing and implementing marketing technologies and solutions. Familiarity with digital asset management, content experience platforms, social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Everyone Social), analytics tools, webinar platforms, content management systems, ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense), chatbots (e.g., Qualified), project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet), and marketing automation systems. Strong project management skills in SCRUM/AGILE methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
