Our client , a professional educational association is seeking a part time Executive Administrative Assistant for their Concord , NH office .

You will be reporting to the Executive Director and providing administrative support to the office operations team , this will include being the first point of contact for phone , email and website inquires .

You will also assist in coordinating and planning conferences , professional learning events along with association meetings .

You'll use technology to increase productivity utilizing Word , Excel , Powerpoint , setting up virtual meetings such as Zoom , Constant Contact , Forms , Livebinder , Canva and Google Platform .

While this is a temp. to hire opportunity , direct hire candidates will be considered dependent on skill set and expereince .

This is an opportunity to join a small , professional office team that is mission driven and membership orientated !
