We are excited to expand and are seeking a dedicated, skilled Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join our award-winning team at ProClinix Sports Physical Therapy & Chiropractic, named Best of Westchester! Compensation $130,000 – $150,000 Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or MS in Physical Therapy required. New York State Physical Therapy License. Strong background in sports medicine, orthopedic rehabilitation, and manual therapy techniques. Proven leadership skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Lead and oversee clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care. Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of physical therapists and clinical staff. Provide direct patient care through assessments, evaluations, and personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and treatment plans. Ensure adherence to best practices, protocols, and regulatory standards. Manage patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes. Monitor and maintain appropriate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans. Assist in the development and implementation of practice-wide policies and procedures. Manage patient scheduling and ensure efficient clinic operations. Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to grow the practice. Skills Expertise in physical therapy modalities, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation protocols. Ability to assess, diagnose, and develop customized treatment plans for a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both with patients and team members. Ability to mentor and motivate clinical staff to deliver exceptional patient care. Knowledge of the latest evidence-based treatment approaches in physical therapy. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient management software.
