Operations Specialist-ESE

Educator Support and Effectiveness Coordinator

Under the direction of the ESE Executive Director, this position will assist in coordinating, managing, and monitoring Educator Support and Effectiveness programs; work closely with program staff and community partners in project planning, implementation and budget and resource management, necessary to accomplish program goals and objectives. This position will also assure contract compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and timelines.

Requirements / Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of experience and education that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Experience: Five (5) years directly related to programmatic experience working with administrators, teachers, and special projects. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Bilingual and biliterate skills, preferred. LICENSES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Valid California driver's license.
