The sourcing team is responsible for the direct execution of candidate management, search and intelligence. This opportunity is to support our revenue generating business lines including but not limited to Investment Banking, Private Banking and Global Markets. Citi enables clients to achieve their strategic financial objectives by providing them with cutting-edge ideas, best-in-class products and solutions, and unparalleled access to capital and liquidity.Key Responsibilities:Work with hiring managers and recruitment partners to manage talent sourcing processesTake ownership for the delivery of talent candidate pipeline against assigned requisitionsHeadhunt talent from external marketBuild and maintain a network of talent candidates in priority disciplines and marketsOversee the provision of high-quality market intelligence (i.e. organizational structure, scope of positions in competing companies, compensation, benefits information, market trends)Partner with in-house Executive Search functionConduct effective screening and engagement with prospective candidates in line with company standards and regulatory requirementsPerform against a set of measures and continually improve outcomes – contributes to the quality, time and cost of talent acquisition for the Executive & Specialist segmentFacilitate feedback to key stakeholders with regard to talent market across EMEAEnsure all hiring policies and procedures are adhered to and that “best practice” talent sourcing guidelines are administered throughout the recruitment processParticipate in continuous improvement projectsKnowledge / Experience:Direct delivery experience of sourcing either in-house, RPO or from within the recruitment agency industryExperience of sourcing across revenue generating businessesExpert knowledge of specialist ‘resourcing’ market practices: able to consistently and proactively identify, locate and attract passive and active candidates at all levels by utilizing sourcing techniquesExpert knowledge of sourcing via social media channels, Boolean or x-ray searchingA strong working knowledge of candidate attraction channelsCredibility with candidates and leaders: ability to lead conversations and influence outcomesIs a subject matter expert; has contacts for market intelligence, referrals and pipelining needsDemonstrated ability to manage complex sourcing and research assignmentsExperience of managing candidates through a recruitment processProven ability to take ownership and accountabilityExperience of utilising Workday and Eightfold is beneficial but not required------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Human Resources------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Recruiting------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Jacksonville Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$103,920.00 - $155,880.00In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
