What You'll Be Doing Architecting and developing simulation, analysis, and evaluation systems for conversational AI (voice and multimodal) Building resilient, scalable AWS infrastructure (Lambda, EC2, Websockets, SIP) for millions of real-time conversations Building algorithms and pipelines that surface insights, detect failure modes, and keep agents safe and aligned Leading the technical execution of projects end to end, with full ownership Working on-site with customers to build, sell, and deploy the product Tech stack: Backend - Python, FastAPI, Supabase, Redis, heavy AWS, Websockets, CI/CD. Voice AI - LiveKit, Deepgram, Cartesia, ElevenLabs, Gemini, and similar. DevX - ultra-customized Claude Code, optimized dev setup (skills, MCP integrations, worktrees, heavy task parallelization).
