Maintenance ManagerA growing food manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead second-shift maintenance. This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of production equipment, industrial automation, electrical systems, preventive maintenance, and team leadership.ResponsibilitiesLead maintenance technicians and daily shift activities.Oversee equipment maintenance, repairs, installations, and startups.Partner with Production and Engineering to improve reliability and throughput.Manage preventive maintenance and improve MTBF, MTTR, and equipment reliability.Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and automated systems.Manage contractors, OEM relationships, and critical spare parts.Ensure effective CMMS use and work-order documentation.Hire, train, and develop maintenance technicians.Enforce LOTO, OSHA, GMP, sanitation, and food safety requirements.QualificationsMaintenance leadership experience in food, beverage, or complex manufacturing preferred.Strong knowledge of automated production and packaging equipment.Industrial electrical/electronic and automation experience.Strong preventive and corrective maintenance background.Experience leading maintenance teams.Knowledge of CMMS, KPIs, RCA, and spare-parts management.Experience with robotics, freezers, fillers, mixers, ovens, conveyors, packaging equipment, or similar automated machinery is highly valuable.Why Join?$115,000–$140,000 + benefitsMonday–Friday, 4pm-1:30amHighly automated food manufacturing environmentHigh-impact leadership role with the opportunity to improve reliability, systems, and team performanceOccasional weekend and emergency coverage required.For confidential consideration, contact:Alana Seddon gpac – Growing People and Companies Phone: View phone number on click.appcast.io Email: View email address on click.appcast.io inquiries are confidential.
