The company provides extensive product training, making this an ideal opportunity for technicians with industrial maintenance, HVAC, boiler, mechanical, electrical, or related field service experience. • Perform preventative maintenance on industrial mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues.
• Conduct equipment inspections and document service findings.
• Perform routine system testing and operational checks.
• Assist with equipment installations, startups, and commissioning.
• Create service reports and communicate recommendations to customers.
• Maintain service vehicle inventory, tools, and replacement parts.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional service and communication.

What you must have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience documenting service work using Microsoft Office or similar software
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
