Our client is seeking an attorney to join their Corporate practice with an emphasis on Mergers & Acquisitions and transactional work. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with sound business and legal judgment, and the ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications
- Admission to the New Hampshire Bar
- 3-5+ years of legal experience
- Transactional and M&A experience preferred
- Superior writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
