Job Summary Seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producers and Junior Commercial Producers to join a growing insurance agency. This opportunity offers a collaborative and supportive environment with the resources, carrier relationships, and operational support needed to help producers build and grow a successful commercial book of business.

Job Summary Seeking dynamic and results-driven Commercial Producers and Junior Commercial Producers to join a growing insurance agency. This opportunity offers a collaborative and supportive environment with the resources, carrier relationships, and operational support needed to help producers build and grow a successful commercial book of business.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for and develop new commercial insurance business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted insurance advisor.
- Develop and grow a profitable book of commercial business.
- Collaborate with account managers and service teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding and service experience.
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and carrier offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales and product knowledge.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license. Preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Experience with Applied EPIC is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and strong business development skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Adaptable, coachable, and committed to continuous professional growth.
- Some travel may be required based on business needs.
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $150,000, depending on experience.
- Commission Structure: 40/30 split with the opportunity to transition to a reduced base salary and increased production-based earnings.
