Commercial Business Development Manager in the Restoration Industry!

Qualifications

Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors
Existing book of business in commercial verticals
Strong relationships in sectors such as senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and property management
Track record of generating and closing large commercial opportunities
Self-starter with strong networking and relationship-building skills

Job Overview

Drive new business opportunities across commercial sectors
Generate and close projects exceeding $1M in value
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and clients
Collaborate with internal teams to transition projects from sales to operations
Represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions
Work alongside an existing team of Business Development professionals
