Description We are seeking a Staff Supply Chain Subcontract Specialist to join the Subcontract Services (SCS) team onsite at Linthicum, Annapolis-Maryland, San Diego, Space Park-California and Rolling Meadows-Illinois. The role focuses on negotiating, documenting, and governing agreements, terms, and conditions in alignment with corporate strategy, risk exposure and regulatory requirements. The SCS team drives excellence in negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to achieve value, compliance and operational performance. Specialties Contract Development & Negotiation Supplier Relationship & Performance Management Risk & Compliance Assessment Management Procurement life‑cycle data, processes & Reporting Management Governance & Strategic Initiative Development and Implementation Candidates will liaise with the Law Department, Programs, Contracts, Supply Chain and Engineering to foster long‑ and short‑term business relationships with our supply base. Responsibilities include balancing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders. The position requires excellent organizational, verbal, written, project‑management, analytical, planning, presentation and human‑relations skills. Candidates should demonstrate experience in captures, proposals and/or program execution with an understanding of the Government Acquisition Cycle and the Business Acquisition Process. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in supply chain, contracts, law or a related field, or a Master’s with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Experience in terms and conditions exhibited through a lead role in negotiations or contract drafting. Experience with FAR/DFARS. Experience with MS Office Suite. U.S. Citizenship. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications Experience in law either as a J.D. or Paralegal. Experience in procurement and specifically commerciality. Experience with SAP. Salary Primary Level Salary Range: $139,700.00 - $219,500.00. Benefits Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential and discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
