In this role you will be a Technical Buyer for a client in the water/waste water industry. In this role you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for building automation and control systems projects.
This is a temp to possible perm role that must be performed on-site.
The pay on this role ranges $30.00 to $50.00 an hour based on experience.

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in controls estimating, electrical estimating, or building automation systems
- Associates or Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
- Ability to use estimating software's and Microsoft Office
- Develop labor estimates
- Track purchases and negotiate for better pricing
- Assist in purchasing components
