Process Improvement Specialist

This role will support the Russellville Continuous Improvement Team by helping refresh and strengthen the site's 5S system in support of AMD Pillar efforts. The primary focus will be updating 5S maps, validating current floor conditions, improving visual organization, and helping deploy sustainable standards across production areas. The role will also support general CI workstreams such as data analysis, project tracking, standard work, and process improvement efforts. Responsibilities Review and update 5S maps based on current floor conditions, equipment, material flow, and area ownership. Identify 5S gaps and improvement opportunities with Operations and Continuous Improvement teams. Update visual controls, standard work, and 5S documentation. Coordinate 5S area ownership and bimonthly audit walks. Collect and analyze data and support CI projects, project tracking, and documentation. Prepare findings, action items, recommended improvements, and final project reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
