This role is responsible for mentoring clinicians, supporting business performance, strengthening referral relationships, and fostering a positive workplace where people love coming to work. What You'll Do Lead Your Team Inspire, mentor, and develop physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, aides, and front office staff. Foster a collaborative, patient-first culture aligned withSportsCare'svalues. Support onboarding, coaching, performance development, and employee engagement. Create an environment where clinicians can grow professionally and personally. Deliver Clinical Excellence Provide exceptional evidence-based patient care. Promote quality outcomes and best clinical practices. Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Support continuous clinical education and innovation. Grow the Clinic Build andmaintainrelationships with physicians, employers, athletic organizations, and community partners. Support referral development and community outreach initiatives. Monitor clinic performance whileidentifyingopportunities for growth and operational excellence. Collaborate with regional leadership to achieve clinic goals. Lead Operations Oversee daily clinic operations andworkflow. Promote efficient scheduling and resourceutilization. Partner with administrative teams to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Champion technology, including AI-assisted documentation through Prompt, to improve efficiency and clinician satisfaction. Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. Minimum of2-5 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Previousleadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, mentoring, and relationship-building skills. Passion for developing people and delivering exceptional patient care.
