Hands-On Recruiter OpportunityAre you a hands-on Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys finding hard-to-reach talent, partnering with hiring leaders, and seeing their recruiting efforts directly impact business operations.You'll manage the full recruiting lifecycle for both blue- and white-collar positions, with a primary focus on high-demand operational roles such as DOT drivers and skilled labor.What You'll DoManage approximately 20–30 requisitions simultaneously.Build creative sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.Recruit through job boards, outreach, networking, and events.Conduct phone screens and behavioral-based interviews.Evaluate qualifications, certifications, and work history.Partner closely with hiring managers and HR.Provide market and talent availability insights.Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting metrics.Support offers, pre-employment, and onboarding activities.Identify ways to improve recruiting processes.What You Bring3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.High-volume blue-collar recruiting experience.DOT driver recruiting experience strongly preferred.Construction, transportation, or logistics experience preferred.In-house recruiting experience is highly valued.Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.ATS experience; SuccessFactors is a plus.Excellent organization and follow-through.Ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities.Spanish/bilingual ability preferred.Why This Opportunity?This is an opportunity to take ownership of a meaningful recruiting workload, build strong relationships with business leaders, influence hiring strategies, and make a measurable impact on workforce needs.
