Brand Designer

We\'re looking for a talented Brand Designer based in Brussels to help bring the Cohabs brand to life across every touchpoint. From campaign concepts to social content, merchandising, print materials, and digital experiences, you\'ll be the driving visual force behind our brand identity and creative execution. Working within our Marketing team, you\'ll collaborate closely with our Copywriter, Photographer, Producer, Social Media Manager, Performance Marketing team, and Customer Experience team to create impactful and consistent brand experiences across the entire customer journey. What you\'re doing Own and execute Cohabs\' visual identity across all marketing and brand initiatives. Create compelling creative assets for digital, social, paid media, print, merchandising, events, and in-house materials. Translate brand strategy into engaging visual storytelling that strengthens brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with the Performance Marketing team to develop high-performing creative assets across the full marketing funnel. Support the evolution and maintenance of Cohabs\' brand guidelines and visual standards. Design and deliver assets across a wide variety of formats and production specifications. Work closely with the Customer Experience team on event branding, community activations, and merchandising initiatives. Leverage AI-powered creative tools to improve production workflows and scale creative output. Contribute ideas that continuously elevate Cohabs\' positioning as the leading global coliving brand. Ensure consistency and excellence across all customer-facing brand touchpoints, including website, app, social channels, and physical spaces. What we\'re looking for 5+ years of experience in Brand Design, Graphic Design, or Art Direction within a creative agency or in-house marketing environment. A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, culturally relevant, and creatively engaging work. Experience working on both brand-building initiatives and performance marketing campaigns. Strong visual storytelling skills with exceptional attention to detail and craft. Hands-on expertise in creative execution from concept development through final delivery. Understanding of full-funnel marketing and how creative contributes to business performance. Ability to think strategically while remaining highly execution-focused. Experience creating and maintaining brand systems and guidelines. Interest in building cohesive brand experiences across digital, physical, and product touchpoints. Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and AI-assisted creative workflows. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
