Own Inku's visual identity across all touchpoints—proving our AI delivers pixel-perfect consistency. Design high-stakes pitch decks, scroll-stopping social creatives, and website updates. Use Inku's AI engine to generate marketing visuals, becoming both creator and showcase. Act as final quality checkpoint for all design assets, building and maintaining the design system as we scale. Required: 2-4+ years brand/marketing design, expert Figma + Adobe Suite skills, obsessive attention to detail, enterprise-level design standards. Bonus: motion design, Webflow/Framer, AI workflow integration, Dutch language. Why This Role Exists Our audience is made up of CMOs, Brand Managers and Creative Directors—people with a zero-tolerance threshold for sloppy design or inconsistent branding. If our visuals aren't flawless, we lose credibility before the conversation even starts. As Brand Designer, you ensure that every visual touchpoint — decks, ads, website, social, events — reflects the same standard of excellence we promise our clients. You don't just "make things look good". You prove that our technology works by how we present ourselves. Your work is not supporting the go-to-market motion. Your work is the go-to-market motion. Your Mission You will: Own and evolve Inku's visual identity as we scale. Create high-stakes pitch decks that help close enterprise deals. Design scroll-stopping social and ad creatives that speak directly to brand leaders. Use Inku's own AI engine to generate on-brand marketing visuals—becoming both creator and showcase. Keep our website visually sharp, cohesive and conversion-driven. Act as the final quality checkpoint for every design asset leaving the building. Build and maintain our design system as the company grows. You are the guardian of the brand — and the example we want the world to see. What You'll Do Own the brand: Keep every touchpoint visually consistent and unmistakably Inku. Design winning decks: Sales presentations, event slides and strategic visuals. Lead social design: Create assets that stop CMOs mid-scroll. Use Inku to create content: Generate, curate and art-direct AI visuals. Elevate the website: Maintain and improve pages through Figma + Webflow/Framer. Quality control: Nothing goes live without your sign-off. Support motion/video: Provide storyboards and visual direction where needed. Build the system: Templates, guidelines, brand docs and scalable design foundations. About You 2–4+ years in brand, marketing or visual design, with a portfolio that proves it. Expert in Figma; strong in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Comfortable designing for marketing, sales and enterprise-level expectations. Curious about AI and eager to integrate it into your workflow. Able to move fast without sacrificing craft. Strong communicator in English; Dutch is a plus. Bonus experience: motion, Webflow/Framer, CRO, branding agencies, photography.
