As a Member Services Representative, you will assist members with a variety of financial products and services, respond to inquiries, process transactions, and provide solutions that help meet their financial needs. This is a fast-paced, structured contact center environment where professionalism, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset are key to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to incoming member inquiries in a high-volume contact center environment
* Deliver exceptional customer service through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
* Assist members with accounts and transactions including:
* Savings and checking accounts
* Consumer loans
* Credit cards
* IRAs and other financial products

* Research and resolve member concerns using multiple systems and applications
* Educate members on additional products and services that may benefit them
* Maintain accuracy and compliance while handling sensitive financial information
* Meet performance metrics including quality, attendance, schedule adherence, and member satisfaction
What We're Looking For We welcome candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, including:

* Call center/customer service
* Administrative support
* Receptionist/secretarial experience
* Banking, mortgage, or financial services
* High-volume retail environments
* Other fast-paced professional settings
Required Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
* Ability to work in a structured, schedule-driven environment
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to remain professional and engaged during back-to-back customer interactions
Work Environment & Schedule Expectations This position supports a *24/7/365 contact center operation*, and flexibility is essential.
Important Schedule Information
* Scheduled breaks and meal periods must be taken as assigned
* Most shifts operate within a *flexible one-hour start/end time window*
* Candidates must be available for a *9.5-hour daily availability window* to accommodate scheduling flexibility
* Expect to handle *back-to-back inbound calls for most of your shift*
* Representatives may be scheduled to take calls for up to *four consecutive hours before a break*

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
