MIS Sr. Engineer

MIS Sr. Engineer\nTimpl has partnered with a global EV battery manufacturing company and they're\nlooking for MES Engineer.\n\nLocation : Kingston, GA\n\nRole and Responsibilities\n * Participate in the operation and development of business-critical\n applications, including VDI, Groupware, ERP, Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket, and\n other enterprise tools that support business operations.\n * Manage and enhance internally developed applications to ensure seamless\n functionality and alignment with business needs.\n * Collaborate with headquarters and local partners to align IT operations with\n business goals and regional needs.\n * Identify and implement proactive solutions to address operational challenges\n and improve system performance.\n * Recommend, deploy, and maintain IT applications that meet the evolving needs\n of various departments.\n * Provide technical support and leadership to ensure the successful delivery of\n IT initiatives within the organization\n * 24/7 MIS system support for any IT related urgent issues.\n\n\n\nSkill and Qualifications:\n * Develop and maintain secondary software for environmental data gathering and\n Assembly IT reports.\n * A minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, demonstrating a solid\n track record in managing IT systems and solutions.\n * Strong understanding of cloud systems and their application in modern\n business environments.\n * Hands-on experience with enterprise applications such as VDI, Groupware ,\n ERP, Confluence, Jira, and Bitbucket.\n * Proficiency in programming and development using languages such as HTML, CSS,\n PHP, JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap, MS Server, Oracle, SQL, and other\n relevant technologies.\n * Ability to contribute to the development and operation of business\n applications within a fast-paced environment.\n * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with both internal\n and external stakeholders.\n\n\nPreferred qualifications:\n * 7+ years or more of hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry\n * Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with headquarters and local\n partners.\n * Exceptional time management, punctuality, and dedication to meeting\n deadlines.\n * Proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving and implementing IT\n solutions.\n * Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of IT operations in a\n manufacturing or industrial environment
