The Brook Physician Assistant Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic healthcare team. Work Environment

The position is based onsite at our surgical center, where patient safety and comfort are our top priorities. The work week consists of Monday through Friday, with a structured schedule of 40 hours per week beginning at 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and meticulously review patients' medical histories and records to assess health status.
• Order, analyze, and interpret diagnostic tests, including blood tests and imaging studies, to inform treatment decisions.
• Diagnose and manage a wide array of health conditions and illnesses, particularly within the scope of family medicine.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for chronic conditions and infectious diseases, ensuring best practices in patient care.
• Prescribe medications appropriately and monitor patients to assess treatment responses and effectiveness.
• Maintain organized, accurate patient records and schedules in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Provide education to patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications to promote holistic wellness.
• Conduct daily rounds to ensure continuity of care and foster multi-disciplinary collaboration among team members.
• Advocate for healthy lifestyle choices among patients, addressing both physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The Brook Physician Assistant Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 to $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
