USAA is seeking a Claims Auto Adjuster to fairly and efficiently resolve auto insurance claims for our military members and their families. In this mid-level role, you’ll investigate coverage, evaluate liability and damages, interpret policy language, and negotiate settlements within authority limits. You’ll work closely with members, repair facilities, and internal partners to deliver timely, empathetic service while managing a steady caseload.
