You will review medical records, assess liability and coverage, negotiate settlements, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Partnering closely with members, medical providers, and legal representatives, you’ll provide clear communication and compassionate support while leveraging technology tools and training in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
