Our client is a public accounting firm. They seek a Tax Director to join their International Tax group in their Manhattan, NY office.ResponsibilitiesImplement tax strategies for foreign entities with U.S. operations and individualsGuide inbound investments, cross-border transactions, and tax-efficient supply chainsAdvise on tax treaties, withholding taxes, and permanent establishment issuesManage U.S. federal and state tax compliance for inbound entities and individualsAccurately prepare Forms 1120-F, 5472, and related international formsWork with teams to manage reporting requirements under FATCA and CRSAssess tax risks and opportunities associated with inbound investments and expansionsMake recommendations to minimize tax liabilities while maintaining complianceStay updated on U.S. and international tax laws to advise clients on potential impactsDevelop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisorRequirementsBachelor’s degree, MBA preferred10+ years of international tax experienceFamiliar with inbound tax mattersKnowledge of U.S. international tax lawsExperience with tax reporting and complianceExcellent managerial and communication skillsCPA strongly preferredSkilled in CCH, RIA, and ExcelJob ID: 46928Tagged as: Hybrid Remote/OfficeDate Posted:Posted on October 7, 2025Location:New York, NY 10036, USAJob Title:Tax DirectorSalary:$220,000 - $999,999
