What You'll Do

• Own branch financial and operational performance, including budgets, revenue, gross margin, and controllable expenses.
• Develop and execute plans to achieve branch sales, profitability, and operational targets.
• Drive new business development, customer retention, and growth within existing accounts.
• Maintain visibility into sales activity and ensure effective CRM and pipeline management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and respond quickly to escalations or service concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees, setting clear expectations and providing regular performance feedback.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings, support training and development, and address performance issues when required.
• Plan staffing and resources to support current operations and future growth.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, payroll, operational reporting, and day-to-day branch activities.
• Monitor branch performance and proactively address risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Champion a strong safety culture and ensure incidents, corrective actions, and safety requirements are managed appropriately.
• Work closely with the General Manager and other functional leaders to improve branch performance and support broader business objectives.

What You Bring

• Progressive leadership or management experience, preferably within an industrial, distribution, manufacturing, service, or related operational environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing financial and operational performance, including budgets, revenue, gross margin, expenses, and/or P&L results.
• Experience leading, coaching, developing, and managing the performance of a multi-functional team.
• Proven ability to support sales growth and business development while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to identify opportunities for operational and financial improvement.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation, conflict-resolution, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to organize competing priorities and make sound decisions in a fast-moving operational environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and accountability.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Sales, or a related field is preferred. A combination of relevant education, industry training, and demonstrated management experience may also be considered.

• Lifting, rigging, industrial supply, material handling, or related industry experience.
• Experience leading both sales and operational teams.
• Industry-specific training or certifications related to lifting, rigging, inspection, safety, or industrial operations.
• Continued professional development in leadership, financial management, safety, sales, or operations.
