We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and cultivate a motivated workforce. We are committed to promoting from within, with over 75% of Regional Managers starting their careers as General Managers. - Base Salary: Competitive monthly salary commensurate with experience.

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the furniture or home goods industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- The ability to coach the sales team to meet and exceed expectations.
