Associate Project Manager

A leading global entertainment company is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the development and live operations of licensed video game titles across mobile, console, PC, and emerging platforms. This role will partner with internal creative teams, external development studios, and cross-functional stakeholders to help bring world‑class entertainment properties to gaming audiences around the globe. Responsibilities Manage and support game projects from concept through launch and ongoing live operations Coordinate approvals and feedback across creative, production, marketing, and brand teams Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects Partner with external studios and development teams to ensure successful execution Support live‑service initiatives, content planning, and operational roadmaps Analyze game performance metrics and communicate key insights to stakeholders Maintain project documentation and facilitate cross‑functional collaboration Stay current on gaming trends, competitor titles, monetization strategies, and player engagement models Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of experience in project management, game production, licensing, partner management, or a related field Experience working within the gaming, entertainment, media, or interactive content industries Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Experience with Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools Preferred Experience Video game development or publishing experience Live‑service, mobile, or free‑to‑play game experience Experience supporting major consumer brands or entertainment franchises Familiarity with console, PC, mobile, and emerging gaming platforms This is an opportunity to contribute to high‑profile gaming initiatives while working alongside industry‑leading creative, production, and licensing teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
