Employees in this position will demonstrate leadership skills to ensure clients are engaged on a consistent basis by learning and utilizing cognitive behavioral techniques and corrections/community corrections best practices. Oversee the delivery of quality services in accordance with the mission and goals of the agency and corresponding with agency/governing body policies, procedures, and contracts. Requirements Education : Bachelor’s degree in human services, social work, criminal justice, behavioral sciences, or other related field (or equivalent training & experience) Preferred Experience :Two years of experience in corrections-based environment, non-profit community-based organization, or related field, one of which must be in a supervisory capacity (required for BOP) Skills and Abilities: Computer Skills :Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and skilled in operation of personal computer, peripheral equipment (e.g., copier, fax, printers).
