Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to lead and support employee benefits, retirement, leave, and well-being programs.

This role serves as a key Benefits subject matter expert , partnering with HR and organizational leaders to deliver competitive, compliant, and employee-focused programs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day health and welfare benefits , including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits.

• Lead annual open enrollment and benefits communications.

• Oversee retirement plans , including 403(b) and 457 plans.

• Manage FMLA, ADA accommodations, disability, workers’ compensation, and other leave programs .

• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA, and ADA requirements.

• Manage benefits vendors, monitor performance, and support contract negotiations.

• Analyze benefits data, utilization, and trends to recommend improvements and cost-saving opportunities.

• Support employee well-being and financial wellness programs .

• Develop benefits education, policies, procedures, and communications.

• Partner with HR leaders and organizational teams on benefits strategy and special projects.

• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits, total rewards, or HR.

• Demonstrated leadership experience .

• Strong knowledge of benefits, retirement, leave administration, and compliance.

• Experience with benefits analytics, reporting, and vendor management .

• Strong communication, organization, project management, and relationship-building skills.

• Healthcare HR/benefits experience is preferred .

Preferred Certifications

CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are a plus.
