This full-time position requires a skilled School Psychologist to provide onsite services during the 2026-2027 academic year. Key Qualifications:

• Valid and active Louisiana Department of Education Certification for School Psychologists is required
• Successful completion of district-mandated drug screening and fingerprinting, as well as standard credentialing checks
• Demonstrated experience working in K-12 educational environments is highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and consultation skills for collaboration with students, families, and staff
• Excellent organizational skills, with flexibility to adapt to evolving caseload needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and contribute to IEP development
• Consult with educators and parents regarding academic, behavioral, and social-emotional interventions
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student learning outcomes
• Implement evidence-based strategies to promote positive student behavior and mental wellness
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with school district policies and legal requirements
• Adapt to assignment across one or more schools, meeting diverse student needs

The position follows a traditional school calendar, offering consistent daytime hours (35 per week), Monday through Friday. Assignments and caseloads will be determined based on school needs, ensuring an engaging and impactful experience throughout the year.
