Nuclear Medicine Technologist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of experience, particularly in Nuclear Cardiology, and be comfortable working with a diverse patient demographic, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Familiarity with EPIC charting is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MUGA scans, SPECT scans, and stress studies (exercise and pharmacological, including Lexiscan).
• Maintain and handle radioactive materials safely.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members, including Rapid Response Teams and Pharmacy.
• Document findings accurately using EPIC electronic charting.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist.
• Valid CNMT certification.
• BLS certification required.
• CA state license must be held at the time of submission.
• Experience with adult patients and knowledge of nuclear cardiology is highly preferred.
