Certified Veterinary Technician - Anesthesia Float

Thrive Pet Healthcare Specialists is looking for a full-time Anesthesia Float Certified Veterinary Technician to join our Emergency & Specialty teams as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Scottsdale, AZ. About You You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by providing exceptional anesthesia and patient care across our Emergency and Specialty teams. Your life-changing work will range from preparing patients for procedures and administering anesthetic protocols to monitoring complex cases and supporting recovery, while collaborating closely with clinicians to ensure safe, compassionate care from admission through discharge. Your Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care) CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) Required Superior/advanced technical skills Has experience (in a veterinary clinic setting) with anesthetic cases ASA III-V Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care) Possesses a positive work attitude Self-motivated Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills You’ll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs.
