The Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the full-cycle recruiting process for our client. The responsibilities will include sourcing candidates through various channels, planning the interviews for the organization, selecting procedures, and hosting/participating in career events for our client. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.Support in creating the global talent acquisition strategy, and be responsible for its implementation throughout the organization.Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking SystemDesign the job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements, and provide salary recommendations as neededLead employer branding initiativesForecast quarterly/annual hiring needs for the departmentsJob Requirements:Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management or relevant fieldsProven work experience in a talent acquisition role with a minimum of 5 yearsInternational Recruitment experience is a plusHands-on experience with full-cycle experience using various techniques and evaluation methodsBeing bilingual is a plusFamiliarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networksExcellent verbal and written communication skills American Recruiting & Consulting Group
