Overview Senior Customer Solutions Manager – Lead AWS customers along their multi‑year journey to the cloud, ensuring all AWS teams deliver outcomes effectively and efficiently. Responsibilities You will be a critical partner to our customers, leveraging your experience with large‑scale cloud transformations and helping shepherd them through their stages of AWS adoption. You will interface with AWS leadership and core account groups (Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services), product/engineering teams, and customer teams to plan and support major workload migrations. You will translate strategic initiatives in the account plan into executable actions, working backwards from key customer milestones, and lead reporting and tracking functions. You will own education plans, roadmap alignment, executive briefing sessions, go‑live events, and transitions critical to our customers’ cloud journey. Drive collaboration, think big, invent and take ownership on customer challenges, and proactively solve customer problems through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms. Provide executive‑level communication, consensus building, and stakeholder buy‑in. Role may require 25‑35% travel. Qualifications 5+ years of leading large‑scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion. 2+ years of customer‑facing work engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies. Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent. Experience leading technical and non‑technical transformation project teams, working across broad functional teams. Exemplary communication and executive‑level stakeholder management skills. Enterprise cloud experience and operational excellence that influence decisions and drive secure, robust solutions. Knowledge and passion for delivering a great customer experience by deploying AWS solutions. Preferred Qualifications PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification. Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects. Benefits The base salary range for this position is $176,600–$239,000 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and qualifications.
