Total Rewards & Compliance Leader: Policy Harmonization
Gtech Corporation
IGT is seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Compliance Specialist to harmonize compensation, benefits, and labor/regulatory compliance across legacy IGT and Everi during a critical phase of integration. This hybrid role is based at either the Las Vegas or Reno offices and runs through December 2026, with a potential extension. You will load existing pay, benefits, and compliance data into AI tools to accelerate analysis, draft recommendations, and validate outputs for accuracy, equity, and #J-18808-Ljbffr IGT
