Global Total Reward Lead, Americas & Global Initiatives
HKA
HKA is expanding its Global Total Reward team to improve and develop our Total Reward approach for our Global business of over 1,000 employees. This role will report to our Global Total Reward Director and collaborate closely with our Americas People Team to deliver Total Reward improvements across the Americas and Global initiatives. The successful candidate will engage with senior stakeholders, use high-quality data analytics, and apply commercial acumen to mature our Total Reward approach, #J-18808-Ljbffr HKA
