Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company and provide administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Accept and review client paperwork
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, scanning, and faxing
Skills
-Trustworthy and the understanding of confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft 360
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong typing skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Proficient in phone etiquette and front desk operations
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
-Insurance and claims experience helpful
If you are a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, we would love to have you on our team as a Receptionist/Secretary. Position comes with 11 paid holidays and 1 paid personal day. Position has opportunity for full-time in the future.
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
