Retail Store Key Holder Part Time

As a part-time Sales Lead, you will support leading and motivating our boutique associates to create an engaging guest experience and in turn, drive results. This position is a great way to gain leadership experience and grow your retail skills including:

Assisting the leadership team in driving business results by maximizing daily sales plans, improving metrics through sales floor leadership, and providing feedback to the Boutique Team.

Supporting and reinforcing a selling culture that focuses on building a confident and engaged team that is motivated to provide unwavering dedication to our guests.

Planning, delegating, and following up on expected tasks, assignments and activities while maintaining our guest as our top priority.

Supporting and enforcing company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.

A flexible schedule

Growth and advancement opportunities

Preferred experience in a specialty retail store

Flexible and adaptable

Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique while includes, nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting and climbing
