Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (Inpatient) to provide expert patient evaluation and treatment within a healthcare facility setting. This role involves developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with state licensure and safety standards. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient recovery and outcomes in an inpatient rehabilitation environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must hold a valid, current State license; BLS certification required prior to first shift; minimum of 2 years of inpatient rehab or neuro experience; experience in inpatient rehabilitation or neurological conditions highly desired; experience requirement: 0 years minimum.
• Preferred Qualifications: Inpatient rehab or neuro experience.
• Additional Information: Evaluates assigned patients, develops and adjusts treatment plans focusing on patient progress toward discharge, and documents medical records accurately and timely. Participates in interdisciplinary team collaboration, supports student training, and pursues ongoing professional development. Ensures all care is administered under physician orders and within insurance guidelines, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Demonstrates professionalism in ethical practice and supports organizational quality improvement initiatives.
