Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current and active Registered Nurse license
• Previous experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide care in a dynamic environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• CPR and First Aid certification (up-to-date)
• Commitment to student-centered care and advocacy

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer routine and emergency medical care to students and staff
• Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans for students with medical needs
• Manage medication administration in accordance with school policies
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation
• Educate students, families, and school staff on health conditions and wellness practices
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators on safety protocols and chronic health challenges
