LocationKansas City, United States## About This RoleA well-capitalized, buy-side real estate investment firm focused on experiential assets in the Kansas City market is seeking a Director of Investments to lead investment sourcing and deal execution. The firm offers strong career growth and direct impact on portfolio expansion in a flat organizational structure with direct access to leadership.The Director of Investments will serve as the primary outward-facing contact, leveraging and expanding their network to uncover and secure high-quality deals in the experiential real estate space. This is a relationship-driven, transaction-focused role with full ownership of the investment cycle from sourcing to closing.Key Responsibilities:- Build and nurture strong connections with partners, developers, sellers, and brokers to consistently source and secure new experiential real estate investment opportunities- Craft and implement targeted investment strategies, actively generate leads, and maintain a robust pipeline aligned with the firm's investment mandate- Partner with internal teams to assess opportunities, lead negotiations on letters of intent and term sheets, and prepare comprehensive investment summaries for decision-making committees- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal teams and analysts through to transaction closing- Be the primary outward contact, leveraging and expanding the firm's network to uncover dealsQualifications:- Solid expertise in real estate transactions, investment banking, or corporate M&A to effectively evaluate, negotiate, and close deals- Demonstrated ability to leverage and expand professional networks for deal sourcing- Strong oral and written communication skills for negotiations and stakeholder management- Experience presenting investment opportunities to leadership and investment committees- Relationship-driven approach with a track record in targeted deal originationThe firm offers a flat organizational structure with no cap on advancement in title or compensation, providing direct access to leadership and meaningful career growth for the right candidate. #J-18808-Ljbffr InforCapital, partnership
