Registered Nurse IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Registered Nurse supporting IMC/PCU/Stepdown-level patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. You will assess, monitor, and deliver evidence-based nursing interventions for patients requiring intermediate to higher acuity management.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' condition and develop individualized nursing care plans
• Monitor vital signs, telemetry, and clinical indicators to detect changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Perform patient and family education to support recovery, safety, and continuity of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate effective and timely care
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and consistently

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Possess experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown or comparable intermediate acuity settings
• Demonstrate proficiency with telemetry monitoring and clinical escalation processes
• Maintain current certifications in BLS and/or ACLS as applicable to the role
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking in rapidly changing situations
• Apply infection prevention practices and follow medication safety standards rigorously
