TRANSPORT DRIVER

$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS

• We are hiring immediately for full time TRANSPORT DRIVER positions.
• Location : Canteen - 10554 US Highway 52, Dubuque, IA 52001. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm start time. 35 hours per week. Further details upon interview.
• Requirement : Previous commercial route driving experience required. Must have a valid driver's license. CDL preferred. This position may require driving up to 200 miles daily.
• Perks: $1K sign on bonus. Free coffee, reduced-cost snacks and beverages, and a $100 safety shoes allowance!
• Pay Range: $21.00 per hour to $24.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Working as a member of the transportation team, this individual will use a company-owned vehicle to deliver products or render services over an established route.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responds to transport requests with a sense of urgency, meeting time delivery goals
• Follows department protocols using dispatch system appropriately
• Provides outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations
• Completes necessary logs and reports
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Resolves or reports vehicle, building, security, or safety issues to management
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma, GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Effective verbal and listening communication skills service/Quality focused to meet a wide range of needs
• Valid driver's license, ensuring safe operation of company vehicles in accordance with traffic laws and conditions
