Job Description: Customer Success Manager at Amend Treatment

About Amend Treatment:

Amend Treatment is a residential mental health treatment organization based in Malibu California. The company provides personalized evidence-based care for adults experiencing mental health and co-occurring challenges with a focus on individualized treatment therapy and long-term recovery in a supportive residential environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships
Ensure clients receive quality care and support throughout their journey with Amend Treatment
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and escalate issues when necessary
Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
Monitor client progress and success and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Deliver regular updates and progress reports to clients

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in psychology social work or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and compassion for individuals with mental health challenges
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a customer-facing role

Desired Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a customer success or client relations role
Knowledge of mental health treatment practices and methodologies
Experience working in a residential treatment setting

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $35000 - $50000 per year
