Smile Design West Boynton Beach is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! We are a positive, collaborative office that truly values teamwork, patient care, and creating a supportive, family-like environment. Schedule

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, SRPs, and periodontal maintenance
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history updates and oral health evaluations
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment plans, and preventive care
• Partner closely with the doctor and team to deliver a seamless and positive patient experience
• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols
• Help support a smooth, efficient schedule while prioritizing patient care and comfort

What We're Looking For

• Active Florida Dental Hygienist license
• 2-3+ years of clinical hygiene experience preferred
• Spanish would be a plus
• Positive and professional attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygienist license
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
• CPR Certification

Preferred Experience

• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
• Clinical needs as required by office
